Two ways to pay, and a free trial that is big enough to prove the tool works on your own books before you spend anything.
Free trial
$0 no card required- Unlimited preview. Filter, select and preview as many documents as you like, as often as you like.
- 3 documents processed. Three real documents can be taken back to draft or voided (or written off), so you can check the result in your own organisation.
- Every safety check, the CSV backup and the audit trail are included.
Monthly
$15 per month, per connected organisation- Unlimited documents for that organisation.
- Unapprove jobs and void-only jobs.
- Bulk write-offs included — clear small or bad-debt balances on approved invoices and bills with allocated credit notes, at no extra cost.
- Resume an interrupted job, and download the full audit trail.
- Cancel at any time. The subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Clean-up Pass
$29 one-off, no subscription- 7 days from the moment the pass is activated.
- Up to 500 documents processed in that window, write-offs included.
- For the one-time mess: a bad import, a batch approved too early, a migration that went in as approved.
- If you have not processed a single document, the pass is refundable within 7 days.
What counts as a processed document
A document counts once, when it is actually written to — that is, when it has been unapproved (draft copy created and original voided) or voided, or written off (credit note raised and allocated). Previewing costs nothing. Documents that the eligibility check skips do not count either, because nothing was written.
A document that fails partway and is rolled back does not count. A document that stops after the original was voided does count, because the write happened.
Billing details
- Currency
- US dollars, charged in dollars. Your bank may convert at its own rate and add a fee.
- Taxes
- Prices exclude any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you are. Anything due is shown at checkout.
- Payments
- Handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Per organisation
- The monthly price is per connected organisation. Two organisations on the same sign-in are two subscriptions.
- Invoices
- Stripe emails a receipt for every charge. Ask us if you need a different billing name or address on it.
- Refunds
- An unused Clean-up Pass is refundable within 7 days. Monthly subscriptions are not refunded for part of a period — cancel instead, and it stops renewing. See the terms of service.
- If you stop paying
- Jobs stop, and the organisation is disconnected 7 days later. Your documents in the accounting system are untouched by that.
Which one should you pick
One mess, then done? Take the Clean-up Pass. It is cheaper than two months and there is nothing to cancel.
Documents arrive approved every week, from an integration or from a colleague who approves too early? Take the monthly plan.
